Terms and conditions of a Little City Pass

A Little City Pass cannot be transferred across branches/locations 

Unfortunately the Pass cannot be used towards ‘Special’ events such as Ice City, World Book Day or Easter events (not an exhaustive list)

Passes cannot be shared with anyone else  

If, as a pass holder you can’t attend a date booked - at least 24 hours notice must be given to transfer your ticket. Please refer to terms and conditions

Passes cannot be extended beyond the stated dates at time of purchase

Passes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash 

Passes are non-refundable
